This year the children of Kitebrook had the opportunity to buy “pots of slime” for two charities nominated by the children - Well Child and the Dinosaur Fund. £250 was raised just from the slime sales alone and the money raised will be divided equally between the two charities.
As well as the money raised from the slime sales, Kitebrook collected money for Red Nose Day by doing something funny for money, collecting over £150.
Kitebrook raised in total nearly £400 for charity in one day, proving small can make a big difference! At Kitebrook, we want our children to have an understanding of community and social responsibility, charitable activities such as these help us enormously.
Well done, Kitebrook!
